Namaya-Morero Mbikusita-Lewanika is the Sector Lead for Investment Services at Prospero and has several years of experience working with the private sector in microfinance, development finance, investment facilitation and the provision of business support services (advice, training, consulting) to micro, small and medium enterprise.

Her role at Prospero Zambia involves strengthening the local impact investment ecosystem to facilitate increased investment for early-stage and growth-oriented companies. Her previous work experience includes the World Food Programme, Technoserve, Zambia Agribusiness Technical Assistance Center and the American Chamber of Commerce.

She holds an MPhil from Maastricht School of Management, an MBA from Mississippi State University, a BSc in Management Information Systems from Mississippi University for Women and an Associate in Arts from Hinds Community College.
