Fungai Musana is a dual infrastructure and climate finance/investment professional with over ten years of transaction advisory experience. Currently, he is working as the Green Finance Lead at WWF Zambia. His expertise includes financial and investment structuring as well as economic/financial analysis and modelling. In addition, he has long experiences in programme management and advisory, feasibility studies, due diligence, and successful financial close and post-financial close implementation. Besides his role at WWF, he has also assisted public sector institutions, lenders, and private investors in identifying PPP opportunities, conducting due diligence, reviewing, and preparing documentation for fund raising, and assisting with the conditions precedent process.
