Dini currently works as an AVPN Country Representative for Indonesia. She has 17 years of work experience in both non-profit and private sectors.

Prior to joining AVPN, Dini served as Associate Director of Private Philanthropy at The Nature Conservancy (TNC) Indonesia, a leading US-based environmental organization focusing on promoting conservation of lands and water with operations in 72 countries. At TNC she led the fundraising efforts targeting high net-worth individuals and by doing so, successfully increased the awareness among Indonesia's corporate leaders on the need to contribute to conservation programs.

Previously, Dini also worked in a number of leading financial institutions in Jakarta including PT Trimegah Securities, Metlife and AIG Lippo where she was in charge of sales marketing. From 2007 to 2012 she resided in Tokyo and worked as a financial consultant in Select Asset Management, a financial planning company.

Dini is also known for her strong passion in creating a positive social impact to the community as demonstrated by her numerous initiatives to develop and lead social and charity programs to help less fortunate kids in Jakarta and its surrounding cities.
