Daniel Monje joined SEED in March 2022. In his role as an Analyst, he is responsible for the conceptualisation and organisation of SEED’s incubation programmes.

During his studies, Daniel gained professional experience at GIZ in the area of Sustainable Economic Development, in public sector consulting at Ramboll Management Consulting as well as at the German Embassy in Costa Rica.

Prior to joining adelphi, Daniel worked at an international development consultancy as a business development manager, supporting the elaboration of proposals and concept notes with a thematic focus on Green Economy and Private Sector Development.

Daniel holds a Master’s degree in International Relations with a focus on Economics from TU Dresden. Prior to that, he completed his B.A. in Business Administration at Heilbronn University.
