Camilla Shearman
Camilla Shearman joined SEED in 2019, and is currently a Manager at SEED’s hosting partner adelphi research. Camilla focuses on the topics of social and environmental entrepreneurship and inclusive business, and works on activities related to policy development for eco-inclusive enterprises, business advisor training of trainers, and the design and implementation of impact- and finance-focused enterprise support programmes.
Before joining adelphi, Camilla gained experience in strategic partnerships and ecosystem building at a social business accelerator in northern Tanzania. As part of this work, she also managed projects on innovation ecosystem research and entrepreneur training development.
Camilla studied her Masters in Economics and Business with a focus on sustainability at Sciences Po Paris, and conducted her capstone project with the European Investment Bank on civil society engagement in international financial institutions. She holds a B.A. in International Relations and Peace, Conflict, and Justice Studies from the University of Toronto, Canada.
