Bernard is Director of 2iE-Technopôle, based in Burkina Faso. Bernard BRÈS is an engineer and aggregated professor in electrical engineering, post-graduate in international relationships. As a specialist of training engineering and employment-education relationship, Bernard BRÈS spent more than a half of his career in sub-Saharan Africa managing projects related to higher education professionalization and promotion of innovation in entrepreneurship in Universities. He also had academic responsibilities at a regional level, on matters linked to the construction of training policies and steering training map. At 2iE, he is in charge since 2013 of Technopôle-2iE.

Technopôle-2iE aims to develop employability, leadership, entrepreneurial spirit and innovation skills among young engineers, to foster the rise of inclusive green growth in Africa.
