Mr Andrew Kazilimani is the Chief Executive Officer for the National Advisory Board for Impact Investment in Zambia (NABII). The National Advisory Board for Impact Investment is an organisation with corporate mandate to catalyse impact investment in Zambia. Andrew joined the NABII in 2020.

He is a professional management consultant with a Master of Science in Project Management from Bolton University in the United Kingdom. He also holds a post graduate diploma in management, a diploma in project management from Cambridge and a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Zambia. Andrew is also an accredited practitioner in a controlled environment PRINCEII project, practitioner in change management and a benefits management practitioner. He has extensive experiences in strategic management, project management and corporate change management.

Prior to joining the NABII, Andrew was Managing Partner for an organisation whose mandate was to help organisations to set up and optimise operations through effective strategic management, change and project management.

He has worked for the Zambia Revenue Authority as Director in charge of projects through the implementation of strategy at corporate level.  Andrew has set up operations for ZRA for projects and change management in the institution. He has further worked in the financial sector where he also set up project management operations for some banks and implemented growth strategies and strategic operations for the same banks. He has over 25 years’ experience in working in the financial and quasi government institutions.
