Call for Applications: Replicator Connect Workshops in Ghana, Mauritius (Rodrigues) and South Africa

SEED, SWITCH-Africa Green and the Government of Flanders are pleased to receive applications for our upcoming (SAG-) SEED Replicator Connect Workshops in Tamale, Port Mathurin and Cape Town.

The SEED Replicator supports future entrepreneurs by replicating proven eco-inclusive business models from around the world. Based on the SEED Replicator Workbooks, the Replicator Connect Workshops offer hands-on support to take the first steps towards the development of an individual business idea and a unique opportunity to gain insights into eco-inclusive business models around the world. Workshop participants are provided with a variety of business options in order to set up their own eco-inclusive enterprise in a chosen sector.

Please find an overview of upcoming opportunities below:

Kumasi, Ghana:

The SAG-SEED Replicator Workshop in Kumasi will take place on 12 October 2017.

Participants may choose one of the two topics for the workshop:

  • Agricultural Product Processing
  • From Beehives to Market

Deadline for applications: 28 September 2017.

Port Mathurin, Rodrigues:

The SAG-SEED Replicator Workshop in Port Mathurin will take place on 22 November 2017.

Participants may choose one of the two topics for the workshop:

  • Sustainable Tourism
  • Agricultural Product Processing

Deadline for applications: 16 October 2017

Cape Town, South Africa:

In Cape Town, two one-day SEED Replicator Workshops will take place on 14 & 15 November 2017. The SEED Replicator Workshops in South Africa are supported by the Government of Flanders.

Participants may choose one of the four topics for the workshops:

  • Plastic Upcycling (14 Nov 2017)
  • Waste to Biogas (14 Nov 2017)
  • Green Products for Health and Sanitation (15 Nov 2017)
  • From Beehives to Market (15 Nov 2017)

Deadline for applications: 1 November 2017

The number of workshop participants is limited. Motivated individuals, teams or NGOs are invited to send their application before the above-mentioned deadlines.
