Dr. Kulpatra is currently a Director and Treasurer at the Social Enterprise Thailand Association. Dr. Kulpatra has background in corporate finance, valuation of assets and projects, derivatives and structured products. Her experiences in management included her most recognized role as the founding Director of the BBA International Progam at Thammasat business school for over ten years and later as the Dean of Thammasat Business School. She taught finance at a number of universities including the USA, Japan, and Denmark. Her experiences in corporate directorships went back almost 25 years; mostly as audit and risk management committee member of listed and non- listed companies covering diverse businesses such as banking, asset management, hotels, real estate development, computer components, and consumer products. She published a text book on finance and many research papers with focus on derivatives pricing and market microstructure. Her personal interests include value creation, corporate social responsibilities, social enterprises, and sustainable development.

She also holds position as an Independent Director and Chairman of Audit Committee at The Mae Fah Luang Foundation Under Royal Patronage; Arbitrator at the Thailand Futures Exchange; Director at the Siam Commercial Bank Foundation; Expert on Professional Education at The Stock Exchange of Thailand and Director at Public and Private Partnership, Ministry of Finance.
