Eyomdali Enterprise
Eyomdali Enterprise is an eco-inclusive enterprises leading the transition to a green circular economy through its focus on sustainable agriculture. The indigineous and nutritious Momordica plant is grown in organic farms, and proccessed into cold-pressed vegetable juices for local markets.
The by-products of the juice manufacturing process are used to produce livestock feed. Along with waste from animal farms, these by-products are also composted to produce organic fertilizers for the farms.
- Vegetables are farmed and harvested using the principles of permaculture, leading to sustainable and self-sufficient agriculture.
